We inspect all dolls before they leave our warehouse to ensure that the doll is mint, has the certificate and all accessories noted in the description. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase and we will do everything possible to meet and exceed your expectations.
7 Day Return policy
Refunds gladly given within 7 days of original receipt date. The returned items must be in the original undamaged box with all accessories, tie-downs and packing materials included. The items cannot be soiled or damaged. A Return Authorization Number will be given and must be written on the outside of the package or the package WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The cost of shipping returns in all cases other than manufacturing defect will be the responsibility of the customer. Items must be shipped to Black Dolls to Love as trackable and insured packages. We will not be responsible for returned packages until we receive them. Please include a short note inside the box explaining who you are and why the doll is being returned.
Return Authorization Number
To obtain a return authorization number, please send us an e-mail explaining why the doll is being returned. Include an e-mail address and phone number where you can be reached. We will process your request and contact you within 3 business days. We will not accept packages without the return authorization number and all packages will be promptly returned without opening if they do not have this number clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.
