Shipping:
In-stock items will normally ship within 72 hours of our receiving the order. Orders that come in on weekends or Holidays are shipped the next business day. In the event an item is unavailable at the time of your order or if an item becomes unavailable at any time after your order is received, we will call and send you an e-mail to inform you of the status and expected ship date.
During the check-out process, you may select UPS or USPS shipping services. Please include a street address for shipping. UPS does not deliver to a post office boxes.
Some items ordered at the same time may be shipped separately.
Expedited Shipping:
During checkout, you can select expedited shipping via UPS or USPS. If you phone in you order we can give you the rates for shipping your order by any method you choose.
Freee Shipping on orders of $99 or more:
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders totalling $99 or more that are shipped at one time to a single address in the lower 48 States. All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground and insured, unless the buyer requests expedited shipment. In that case, the buyer will be charged the actual shipping cost. We may occasionally use USPS Priority Mail for smaller shipments. This free shipping offer does not apply to shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or any international destination.
International Shipments
International orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS. All international shipments will be insured and charged an additional $10 for insurance and handling. All Import Fees and Duty Taxes are the responsibility of the receiver.
Incorrect Addresses Shipments:
If we receive an incorrect address and the item is returned, the customer will be responsible to pay the shipping cost to re-ship the item. If the item is delivered and we are charged an additional charge by UPS to correct the address, the $5.00 charge will be billed to the customer.
Sales Tax:
There will be no sales tax charged on any order shipped outside the State of California. If we are shipping to a California address, we are required to charge 8.25% sales tax.
