Online Orders:
To place an order we encourage you to use our on-line shopping cart. It's safe, fast and secure. Add items you want to your cart with the "Order" buttons. When you're done, simply check out and we'll collect the appropriate information from you safely and securely in a couple of short steps. You can pay with MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards or by using PayPal.

Check or Money Orders:
To pay by check or money order, send an Email to custserv@blackdollstolove.com and be sure to include the following:

• Your name
• Shipping address
• The item(s)you wish to purchase
• The quantity of each item
• A description of each item
• The price displayed on the website
• An email address and a phone number where you can be contacted

We will send you a confirmation e-mail with the total amount (including shipping).

Items purchased by personal check will not be shipped until the check has cleared our bank.

Phone in Orders:
We can answer any of your questions and process your order over the phone during normal business hours. Please call us toll free at 1-888-LVDOLLS (1-888-583-6557) between the hours of 10AM to 5PM PST Monday through Saturday.

Pre-Orders:
A Pre-Order account will be set up for anyone ordering a new release doll that is not ready to be shipped from the factory and/or a doll that is not in stock and must be ordered from the factory. Your account will be charged a 20% deposit. Pre-Orders paid by check or money order will not go into effect until the check or money order arrives. All pre-orders are processed immediately. If you cancel a pre-order you forfeit the 20% deposit on the doll(s) that have been ordered for you. If you are paying by credit card, the remaining balance will be charged when the doll is ready to ship. We will email you if you are paying by check or money order to let you know the doll is in stock. The remaining balance must then be paid within 14 days. Please be sure that you want the doll(s)/item(s) before you place a pre-order. Please send us an e-mail or call us to start your pre-order process.
